What We Do

Services, in plain language

Every service below exists to solve a business problem — not to sell you technology. Here is what each one means for your company.

Application Development

The problem: Off-the-shelf software rarely fits the way your business actually runs.

We design and build custom web applications, internal business platforms, APIs, and integrations between the tools you already use — so your software matches your processes instead of the other way around.

AI Applications & Capabilities

The problem: Everyone is told to 'add AI', but turning a demo into a secure, reliable product is where most projects stall.

We design, build, and deploy AI applications and capabilities for your business: LLM-powered assistants and copilots, document and data intelligence, retrieval over your own knowledge base, and workflow automation — integrated with your existing systems, deployed to the cloud or your own servers, and monitored like any other production system.

Cloud Infrastructure

The problem: Moving to the cloud without a plan leads to downtime, sprawl, and surprise bills.

We architect, set up, migrate, and manage your workloads across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud — sized for your traffic today and ready to scale tomorrow.

Server Deployment

The problem: Some workloads belong on infrastructure you control — not a shared platform.

We deploy and host your applications on dedicated servers, virtual machines, or on-premises infrastructure, configured for security, reliability, and easy maintenance.

DevOps & Automation

The problem: Manual releases are slow, error-prone, and hold your team back.

We build CI/CD pipelines, manage infrastructure as code, and containerize with Docker and Kubernetes — so shipping an update becomes routine instead of risky.

Security & Reliability

The problem: An outage or a breach costs more than prevention ever will.

We harden configurations, monitor your systems, automate backups, and prepare disaster recovery plans — plus performance optimization to keep everything fast.

Ongoing Support

The problem: Software that isn't maintained quietly becomes a liability.

We stay after launch: application maintenance, infrastructure management, troubleshooting, and regular updates — one accountable team that knows your systems.

AI platforms & frameworks we build with

We pick the right tool for the job — no-code builders when speed matters, open-source frameworks when you need control, and managed cloud services when you need scale. Everything is deployed and supported like any other production system.

Conversational agents for web, messaging apps, and internal tools — from visual builders to fully custom code.

  • Voiceflow

Visual design platform for prototyping, managing agent logic, and collaborative building.

  • Botpress

Developer-friendly cloud platform for LLM-native chatbots with custom JavaScript/TypeScript execution.

  • Langflow

Low-code visual node builder for orchestrating LLM pipelines, prompt chains, and vector databases.

  • Flowise

Open-source visual tool for building customized LLM applications using LangChain nodes.

  • Dify

Full-stack LLM app platform covering prompt engineering, agent orchestration, and operational monitoring.

  • Stack AI

Enterprise-grade no-code platform for injecting generative AI workflows into existing applications.

  • Coze

Low-code platform by ByteDance for quickly building interactive AI bots and publishing them to messaging apps.

  • OpenAI Assistants API

Developer framework with persistent threads, built-in code interpreter, and file retrieval for custom agents.

  • Dialogflow CX

Google Cloud's platform for enterprise-grade, omnichannel conversational agents.

  • AWS Lex

Managed Amazon service for building voice and text conversational interfaces into applications.

How an AI project runs

From idea to a working AI assistant in about five weeks

Example: a customer-support assistant for a growing SMB that answers questions from its own help docs, order data, and policies — on the website and inside the team's helpdesk.

  1. 01Week 1

    Discovery

We map the questions customers actually ask, the systems that hold the answers, and what 'good' looks like — accuracy, tone, escalation rules, and compliance needs.

You get: Use-case brief, success metrics, and a data & systems inventory.

  2. 02Week 1–2

    Data & knowledge

Help articles, policies, and product data are cleaned, chunked, and indexed into a retrieval layer so the assistant answers from your facts — not from guesses.

You get: A searchable knowledge base the assistant can cite.

  3. 03Week 2–3

    Prototype

A working assistant in a test channel. Your team talks to it daily; we tune prompts, retrieval, and model choice against real conversations.

You get: Clickable prototype plus a transcript review log.

  4. 04Week 3–4

    Guardrails & evaluation

Automated test sets, refusal rules, PII handling, hand-off to a human when confidence is low, and cost/latency budgets — measured before launch, not after.

You get: Evaluation report and a safety checklist you sign off on.

  5. 05Week 4–5

    Integrate & deploy

The assistant is wired into your website, helpdesk, or messaging channels and deployed to the cloud or your own servers with monitoring, logging, and access control.

You get: Production launch on infrastructure you control.

  6. 06Ongoing

    Monitor & improve

We watch quality, usage, and cost, review unanswered questions, refresh the knowledge base, and ship improvements — the same long-term support as any system we build.

You get: Monthly quality review and a steadily smarter assistant.
